Have you slipped the tone of a word once and offended anyone? I have this thick English accent when I speak Cantonese or Mandarin and no-one I speak to fully understand what I'm saying haha. xx PS hope you're doing well.
Haha! No not really, I often say the wrong thing though and people laugh at me. It really annoys me when I feel like I have just spoken really fluent Chinese and then I look back at what I said and I got words confused.
I have a bit of a thing for impersonating voices, so when i speak Chinese I really go for it. I am terrible with tones and often remember words “musically” rather than the actual tones themselves. :)
