Today, a kid stood up to tell me and the rest of his class about his English Summer Camp experience and the new things he had learnt: his teacher, who was from California, had taught him some valuable phrases such as, ‘If you wanna show respect to a man you say “that guy is hood” and if you wanna show respect to a girl you say, “that chick is fine!”
